  • Rates are $105.00 and $120.00 per night double occupancy.
  • Room rates include full breakfast. Add $15.00 per additional person in room.
  • Special dietary requirements can be met with advance notice. An early, light breakfast is available upon request
  • One night's rate is required as a deposit to reserve your room. Deposits are cheerfully refunded with two weeks cancellation notice, or if we are able to re-rent your rooms thereafter.
  • Charlotte's House accepts cash, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
  • Check in time is 3:00 to 10:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 11:00am
  • For the comfort of all, smoking is allowed outdoors only.
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate animal guests
  • Charlotte's House B&B has high speed wireless internet.
